The Best of Salida- Some of Our Favorites.
When Hayden first arrived in the mountains of Colorado in 1990, he described Salida to a friend in New Zealand as the kind of town where he expected to bump into Andy Griffith wearing a sheriff’s uniform. Little has changed to take the gloss off Salida’s small town charm. For a relatively small Colorado mountain town, Salida supports an incredibly vibrant and diverse community and economy. Award winning restaurants, renowned artists and galleries, specialty stores, outfitters and a local ski area make Salida the best little mountain community in Colorado.
For those seeking a home in the mountains of Colorado, Salida deserves a closer look. The following businesses represent what we feel is the Best of Salida and will give you a taste of all that our little Colorado mountain town has to offer.
